:: :: very merry unwedding day :: ::

Since we’ve given up our wedding anniversary to our kid, who clearly was meant to be our little child born on our special day and who deserves to have his birthday all to himself without mommy and daddy leaving him with a sitter and going off on their own little romantic date, we’ve crowned July 30th our fake anniversary. We celebrated tonight with a very yummy, very expensive dinner (which, granted, I barely ate) and a really, really nice walk through a city park before dusk.

We toasted to three years, one month, and five days of happy marriage.
